Useful Project Management Templates
on the Web
The UK DTI offers for free
templates for Business Plan, Project Brief, Project
Initiation Document (PID), Quality Plan, Progress Report,
Highlight Report, Issue Log, Change Request Log and
Risk Management. They are consistent with PRINCE2. ProjectSmart
has some generic free templates, but most are chargeable.
BusinessBalls
has some great blank templates for free, which can be
modified to suit your project requirements. |
